Large windows seamlessly connect the space with the lively streetscape of Yongridangil, creating a sense of openness and harmony with the surroundings. The use of grid and modular concepts ensures an efficient and organized layout, while the textures of the materials bring a sense of balance and sophistication. Szimpatikus Yongsan offers a calm yet visually engaging environment where materials and structure come together to provide a unique experience for visitors.

‘심퍼티쿠시 용산’은 용리단길의 고유한 분위기를 반영한 와인바로, 우드와 그레이 톤을 중심으로 콘크리트와 석재를 활용해 차분하고 세련된 공간을 완성한 프로젝트입니다. 큰 창을 통해 용리단길 거리와 자연스럽게 조화를 이루며, 외부 풍경과 공간이 연결된 개방감을 제공합니다. 그리드와 모듈 개념을 적용하여 공간을 효율적으로 구성하고, 질감 있는 재료들이 조화를 이루며 정돈된 분위기를 만들어냅니다. ‘심퍼티쿠시 용산’은 소재와 구조의 균형을 통해 방문객들에게 차분하면서도 감각적인 경험을 제공하는 공간입니다.
